I want to know my students on an private basis where I can have a loving, caring, taste and open relationship with them and still gain their respect for me as an educator. The teachers that bide in my memory the nigh where the ones that thoroughly taught their lessons and strived to help each individual student understand the material and work to their fu llest potential. These teachers were also the ones who expressed the most care and love for their students. They worked to develop a strong bond with each individual student so that they may feel secure and comfortable in their classroom, knowing that if they ever needed any help or support, their teacher was always the one they could turn to for guidance.
